Superior Performance Design are delighted to have been awarded ISO9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognised standard that ensures that our services meet the needs of our clients through an effective quality management system.
During the recent lockdowns, we developed and implemented our quality management system to improve our performance, maintain a high-level of quality and to provide a strong customer service.
To become ISO 9001 certified, Superior Performance Design consultancy was audited rigorously that included quality management system development and implementation, documentation review of the management system, and internal/external audits.
