SPD’s Approach

SPD deployed a Well Integrity Specialist who conducted structured data collection and stakeholder interviews, examining how the wells organisation had planned, executed and documented integrity activities. The review assessed compliance with both internal requirements and applicable regulatory standards, with particular focus on barrier management practices and change control. Findings were compiled into a detailed report with targeted recommendations.
